The
original construction of the Mead Tower Building
located in downtown Dayton, Ohio, began in early
1975. The building was occupied as the world
headquarters for the Mead Corporation until
the company merged with Westvaco to form MeadWestvaco
in 2002. In 2006, the company moved its headquarters
to Glen Allen Virginia.
The
27-story building is located on Courthouse Plaza
in the central business district of Dayton.
Unique to the building is a full conference
facility and an on-site datacenter. The building
is “Class A” in all aspects.
With
a population of just under one million, the
Dayton Metro area has a rich history of innovation.
It is also one of the lowest cost metros in
the U.S. An educated, available workforce completes
the 10 West 2nd tower as an outstanding opportunity.
